> dijitul marketing runs ecommerce marketing for UK online shops, with Google Shopping and Performance Max management from £150 a month + VAT plus ad spend. We connect product feeds, paid social, Klaviyo email flows, SMS and conversion work into one plan, measured on orders, revenue and margin rather than clicks.

Price: From £150 a month + VAT

## Problems this solves

- Shopping ads spend heavily on a few products while the rest of the range gets nothing.
- Merchant Center shows disapproved products and you don't know why.
- Meta ads worked last year and now cost more for fewer orders.
- Most visitors never buy and you have no way to bring them back.
- First-time buyers rarely order a second time.
- Platform reports claim more sales than your shop actually took.

## Key facts

- Google Ads and Shopping management starts from £150 a month + VAT, or 10 to 15% of ad spend, whichever is higher, plus the ad spend itself.
- Paid social starts from £150 a month + VAT plus ad spend; email marketing from £95 a month + VAT.
- ONS retail sales figures show online sales were 29.4% of all UK retailing in June 2026, the highest share since April 2021.
- Shopping and Performance Max depend on a clean Google Merchant Center product feed.
- Email flows such as abandoned checkout and post-purchase are set up from £195 + VAT.
- We measure orders, revenue and, where you share it, margin, not just ROAS.

## How the channels fit together for an online shop

Online retail is a big share of UK shopping. The Office for National Statistics' retail sales bulletin reported that online sales made up 29.4% of all retailing in June 2026, up from 28.9% in May and the highest proportion since April 2021. That also means competition for every paid click is serious.

dijitul marketing runs ecommerce marketing as one joined-up plan:

- **Google Shopping and Performance Max** catch people searching for products like yours.
- **Paid social** finds people who have not searched yet and brings back visitors who left.
- **Email and SMS** turn first orders into repeat orders, at a far lower cost per sale.
- **Conversion work** makes sure the shop itself turns visits into orders.

Google Ads management starts **from £150 a month + VAT**, or 10 to 15% of ad spend if that is higher, plus the ad spend itself, which you pay to Google directly.

## The product feed comes first

Shopping ads and Performance Max build ads from your Google Merchant Center product feed. If the feed is weak, the ads are weak. We check:

- **Titles** that lead with what people search for: brand, product type, key attribute such as size, colour or material.
- **Required attributes** such as GTIN, brand, condition, availability and price, matching what the website shows.
- **Product categories and custom labels**, so we can group products by margin, best seller status or season.
- **Images** that meet Google's requirements, without promotional overlays.
- **Disapprovals and warnings** in Merchant Center diagnostics.

Custom labels let us split campaigns so high-margin lines get budget and low-margin ones do not quietly eat it. More detail is on our Google Shopping ads and Performance Max pages.

## Paid social for shops

Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok are where shoppers discover products they were not looking for. For most shops, paid social runs two jobs side by side: prospecting to new audiences with strong product creative, and retargeting people who viewed products or added to basket but did not buy.

Creative is the biggest lever. Short videos of the product in use, customer photos you have permission to use, and clear offers tend to outperform polished brand imagery. We test several creative angles at once and move budget towards what produces orders, not likes. Paid social management starts from £150 a month + VAT plus ad spend; see paid social management.

## Email, SMS and repeat customers

Winning a first order through ads is expensive. A second order from someone already on your list costs very little. That is why email flows sit at the heart of ecommerce marketing. We set up the core ecommerce email flows from £195 + VAT: welcome, abandoned checkout, browse abandonment, post-purchase and win-back, usually in Klaviyo, which reads your shop data directly.

Campaigns for launches, restocks and seasonal sales run as part of email marketing from £95 a month + VAT, and SMS from £75 a month + VAT for time-sensitive messages to customers who opted in. Every email and text follows the ICO's PECR guidance on consent and the soft opt-in.

## Measuring what matters to a shop

ROAS (return on ad spend) is useful but incomplete. A campaign at 4x ROAS on a 20% margin product loses money once delivery and returns are counted. Where you share margin data, we set targets on profit, not revenue alone.

We also set up tracking properly before scaling: GA4 purchase events with transaction IDs, Google Ads conversions with enhanced conversions, and Meta pixel plus Conversions API with deduplication, all respecting Consent Mode v2. See conversion tracking. Your monthly report shows orders, revenue, cost per order, new versus returning customers and which channels drove them. We will not promise a ROAS figure in advance. We will tell you plainly what the numbers show.

## What you get

- Merchant Center and product feed review, with title and attribute fixes

- A monthly report on orders, revenue, cost per order and new versus returning customers

## FAQs

### How much does ecommerce marketing cost?

With dijitul marketing, Google Ads and Shopping management starts from £150 a month + VAT, or 10 to 15% of ad spend if higher, plus ad spend. Paid social is from £150 a month + VAT, email from £95 a month + VAT, and flow set-up from £195 + VAT.

### Do you work with Shopify and WooCommerce?

Yes. We work with Shopify, WooCommerce and most other platforms. We connect Merchant Center, GA4, Meta and Klaviyo to your shop and check that product, basket and order data flows correctly.

### Should we use Shopping campaigns or Performance Max?

It depends on your range, data and budget. Performance Max can reach more placements but gives less control. Standard Shopping gives more control over products and search terms. Many shops use both, split by product group.

### Why do Google and Meta both claim the same sale?

Each platform uses its own attribution rules and windows, so they often both take credit. We use GA4 and your shop's order data as the main record and explain the differences in the report.

### Can you fix our Merchant Center disapprovals?

Usually, yes. Common causes are missing GTINs, price or availability mismatches, image problems and policy issues. We read the diagnostics, fix the feed or the site, and request re-review where needed.

### Is there a minimum ad budget?

We do not set one, but the budget must be large enough for the platforms to learn from. We will suggest a realistic test budget based on your products, margins and average order value.
